Aubrey has spent over 35 years in the retail Industry in areas of store operations, merchandising, real estate strategy, new store development, retail & International consulting and community relations. He has held multiple leadership roles in a diversity of markets from Atlanta, Chicago, D.C., Maryland, Virginia, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and abroad.
Aubrey participated in and assisted in the early growth of the Old Navy Division of Gap Inc. from the inception of the company, holding positions as Regional Manager, Corporate Director of Urban Real Estate Development Strategies and Community Relations, for Gap Inc. for all divisions.
Aubrey's roles in retail has expanded to several major national retailers, holding a variety of leadership positions at Ralph Lauren, TJX Corporations, Gap Inc. , Ross Stores, and Dayton Hudson Corporation. He has spent extensive time participating in the DEI strategies for all companies.
Aubrey's passion has always been the growth and development of people, community relations, corporate culture partnerships, and generating and achieving exceptional sales performance.
Aubrey also was a participating writer in a white page study sanctioned by the Brooking Institute, Business for Social Responsibility, and International Council of Shopping Centers, with a focus on underserved markets throughout the U.S. & Consulting for Business in The Community in London England.

Larry is an outstanding strategist distinguished for proven leadership and team-building skills and excellent conflict resolution abilities. Larry has led several international companies expansion such as, Bvlgari, Georg Jensen, Timex Group, and Tourneau, in the USA market at the executive level from Senior Vice President to President level. Larry's experience ranges from discount retail to luxury retail operations. He has extensive experience in building brand awareness in the most prestigious retail markets throughout the USA.
Ormond has garnered an impeccable reputation for honesty, servant leadership, and innovation through a 30-year career on both sides of the fence. Successfully leading both headquarters and stores Talent Acquisition team at Target Stores for five (5) years. During which time Target experienced meteoric sales growth to attain Fortune 100’s “Golden Child” ranking.
Ormond then left Target Stores to launch (TPG) The Precedent Group LLC. Having acquired tremendous insight in the retained search arena through collaborative relationships formed while at Target Stores, TPG established a coveted retail client list that included Target Stores, Limited Brands, CVS, Walmart stores, TJX companies, and many more. When launched, TPG began at the entry level from Assistant Store Manager to District Manager searches. After many successes
TPG morphed over the years into a highly respected player in the C-suite, senior level executive retained search industry.
Ormond had senior field leadership assignments with premiere Retailer’s in their
respective industry with Sears and The Gap prior to Target Stores. He has
tremendous gratitude for the “cutting edge” experiences for learning derived
from encounters with exceptional leaders that have sharpened his executive
leadership evaluation and assessment skills.
Ormond is an active public speaker, former chairman of the board of Atlanta
Public Schools CTAE Division, and recently adding Published Author to his credits.
Ben is a retail professional with over 30 years of experience that has three passions: People, Service, and Achievement. He subscribes to the Steve Jobs quotation: “Be a yardstick of quality ... some people are not use to an environment where excellence is expected.”
Ben has used that as a benchmark throughout his career. Developing and assessing talent has been his key to delivering positive financial results. Throughout Ben's career as a store manager for Bradley's , GMM at Carson Pirie Scott, District Sales Manager at Lane Bryant, Regional Sales Manager at Ashley Stewart, and Vice President of Retail Operations at Foxwoods Resort Casino. His leadership has resulted in much stronger organizations, with well over 150 promotions at all levels.
Providing a memorable customer experience to create customer insistence has been the foundation of his philosophy and selling culture; all while consistently delivering or exceeding financial targets, and building strong collaborative teams.
This husband and father of three sons earned his Bachelors of Science degree from Lawrence Technological University, Southfield, Michigan in Industrial Management. He believes a great leader is: “Someone who can take people to a place that they would not go by themselves.”
